We have created a User Guide for the Practitioner Registry to support individuals working with the Registry for the first time. The User Guide outlines steps to follow for creating an account on the Practitioner Registry and submitting an application to the Registry. Your account will continue to be active even if you do not currently have an application submitted but you cannot become a Current participant on the Registry if you have not submitted an application.
